I spent 5000 crystal trying to get the card White Heart and got a video showing the 100 time limted packs i bought and going to album and dhowing where i didnt get one all in a video. There are people in my clan who have gotten full refunds because it was bugged and i ask the same for me. I have spent well ove $500 dollars on this game and would hope you value me as a good customer/players znd give me full refund.bugged

The in game ticket hasn’t worked in 2 years. I have spent 5000 crystals buying 100 tlp to get White Heart which was bugged for me. I got a video showing 100 tlp purchases and album showing that I never got it. Also I consumed 3600 crystals for the new event to get 3 star tide summoning spirit after consuming 3000 and never got one. Some of my clan members have spent 4300 and not gotten one. There are no places to summit a ticket, so how are other people getting White Heart and getting refunded. The last event was bugged and alot of people in my clan, we always come in first in lilith raides, and alot of them have spent more Crystal’s than me and got refunded, some are on PC and some on consoles and both for refunded. Only options I got on my console is to go to news and type in a title with a message and click summit. Is this the in game ticket you talk about? If not where do I go on console. My gamertag is IMYOURBOOGEYMAN on xbox if you guys can look I to this. I’m not asking to RIP you guys off I’m just asking to be refunded like everyone else. And I have videos to back up what I am saying. This event here has to have some kind of bugg.
